My mission is to leverage the power of sport and enable the voice of athletes and content creators to drive positive and societal change for all life on the planet. My purpose-driven approach aligns my actions with my values to create a sustainable impact on society. I have three core values which inspire every decision I make:

I offer conscious brands and clients strategic consultancy to bring them closer to the fans of world-renowned athletes and content creators who want to use their voice and platform to inspire real climate action and societal change.
As leaders on the pitch, track, court and social platforms, athletes and creators can be the leaders who communicate progressive messages without political allegiance. They’re real people with real stories that span diverse cultures and communities.
Throw in highly engaged social channels, earned media profiles and we have the power to make a real impact for people and planet.
My role is to build a strategic model that intersects critical cultural conversations with highly engaged audiences, authentic brands, and clients who want to create solutions, not more problems.

WHO IS THE ETHICAL AGENT?
With over two decades of experience working with major global brands, athletes, and creators, where the focus was profit over purpose and share price over sustainability, I want to launch a conscious consultancy.
My intention is to harness my expertise in sports marketing and communications to connect athletes and creators with brands and clients committed to shaping a future where social justice, societal well-being and environmental stewardship are paramount.
I’ve worked with some of the greats, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Leo Messi, Lewis Hamilton, Usain Bolt, Rory McIlroy, Anthony Joshua and KSI, regarding commercial and activation representation.
How do I charge?
I offer a commercial model that is reasonable and sustainable for brands and clients. I will work with the client to create a brief that I estimate a number of days to deliver. I bill per day, including necessary costs such as travel if required. I don’t take a commission on the final athlete or creator fee.
I don’t represent individual athletes or creators; I collaborate with the agents, managers, and families of athletes and creators who want honest conversations about the issues that impact us all.
